This page is provided to enable applicants to the BOMA CDM Program to register to use the Go Green Plus online Assessment Tool. Use of the Go Green Plus online Assessment Tool is mandatory for CDM applicants, where the building for which the application is made does not already have Go Green Plus Certification.

Before registering using this page, applicants should already have had their application to the CDM Program accepted and the Program Participant Agreement signed. On approving your application to the program, you will have been issued a CDM Project Number. (If you have applied to the Program but you have not been issued your CDM Project Number please call the program Office at 416-440-0101).

If you have been issued your CDM Project Number, and you are ready to proceed, please complete and submit the form below. There will be a charge of $600 plus GST for use of the Go Green Plus online Assessment Tool. You may pay this charge by credit card as part of the registration process, in which case you will be able to access the tool immediately. Alternatively you may elect to pay by mailing a cheque or asking to be invoiced - in these cases you will need to wait until your payment has been confirmed and your registration has been activated before you will be able to use the tool, and before your CDM application will be further processed.

Passwords must be 4 characters or more, and not more than 20 characters.
Please be sure to make a note of your CDM Project Number and your password, since without these values you will not be able to access the building information you have entered.
